We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply visit our returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label.

How should I clean my Isotoner products?

Most of our fabric slippers are machine washable in cold water. We recommend air drying them away from direct heat to maintain their shape and soft texture.
